All sales conducted through Supercharged Audio
will be considered final. We will allow returns under the following conditions.
- Product has been deemed defective within 7 days of receipt.
- The product you received is not the product ordered.
You must return the product to us undamaged AND in perfect condition. The
product must include all manuals and enclosures that shipped
with the product. Damaged and/or incomplete products are subject to restocking
fees of from 10% to 50%. In cases of major damage or abuse, the product may
be refused.
Shipping charges are NOT refundable
Shipping will be UPS unless otherwise noted.
To avoid costly returns, check the specifications for the product. If there are
any questions, please admin@superchargedaudio.com.net
with Your Name, Your Order Number (invoice number on your invoice), the title
of the product, and the specific problem you have encountered. Products returned
without an RMA number will not be accepted and a credit will not be issued.
If we have sent you an incorrect product by mistake, we will replace it with
the correct product at no cost to you. Email admin@superchargedaudio.com.net
for a replacement shipment.
We reserve the right to refuse any order. The determination for crediting
your account versus providing you with a refund will be made on a case-by-case
basis.
